Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 (1 lb., 12 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 2 slices orange
- 2 slices lemon
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 2 (1 1/2 oz. each) cans condensed chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. crushed saffron
- 4 lbs. assorted raw seafood or left over cooked seafood cut in bite sizes
