Ingredients:
- 1/8 teaspoon White peppercorns, crushed
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces White wine vinegar
- 1 fluid ounce Water
- 3 Egg yolks
- 5/8 fluid ounce Lemon juice
- 1/4 quart Clarified butter, warm
- Salt and white pepper, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
